I started my journey with My Willows(now part of Somerset Care Community Services) in January last year.
I enjoyed great support from my manager and work colleagues, so that I was confident to go out alone. I quickly built friendships with the clients I provided care for.
After seeing these service users regularly, they learnt to trust me and they told me they looked forward my visits.
I pride myself in providing a 5* service.
As of last year I am now a specialist care practitioner, enjoying learning new skills and supporting work colleagues along the way. Without question joining My Willows (now part of Somerset Care Community Services) was the best decision I have ever taken.
