Nurse £500 welcome bonus (£250 for Relief Nurses)

We have a new learning management system for all our staff which will allow you to access e-learning online to complete your mandatory training. This training can be done on a laptop, computer or your phone. You can also undertake other learning which will support your development. You can book your face to face training on the system and also check your compliance with your training requirements.
In our efforts to continue to encourage the development of all our staff, Apprenticeships are also open to everyone on the Somerset Care team. These growth opportunities will help you gain a nationally recognised qualification, as well as help with your development within the company.
