All successful applicants attend an induction programme, which is designed to cater for both those new to care and those more experienced. Induction takes place in various locations and are held twice a month, the training is led by industry experts and specialists. Besides all mandatory training, you will also attend a Dementia Friends session delivered by our very own Dementia Champion and a Person Led session delivered by our Head of Quality.
We invest in and encourage all of our employees to continually develop their skills and experience, by providing a range of opportunities for professional development and career progression. Additional training, on-going supervision, coaching and mentoring is available to all.
