Join our Realise Team, part of the Somerset Care Group, in Yeovil and surrounding areas. our tailored service provides support to people within their own homes, out and about, with personal care, hobbies, or companionship.

Although no experience is required for this role, you will need to ensure you have: 

  • A full valid driving licence and your own vehicle.  
  • Knowledge of the Yeovil area and able to commute to Yeovil from your home location. 
  • Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are not able to offer sponsorship). 
  • Available to work alternate weekends. 
  • Experience in mental health and learning disabilities is desirable

A Positive Behaviour Support Worker is our most essential role and involves:
