What You’ll Do
Plan and coordinate schedules for Care & Support Workers
Ensure customers receive the right support at the right time
Manage referrals, staff rotas, absences, and holidays
Maintain accurate records and update IT systems
Provide professional telephone and office support
Complete general administration and audit tasks
What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Able to commute to Taunton
✔ Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
✔ Available to work shifts of:
7:00am–3:30pm and/or 9:30am–6:00pm
Monday–Friday with alternate Saturday working
No previous experience is required – full training will be provided.
