- Must be over the age of 21 with a valid driving licence (due to insurance purposes)

An Activities Coordinator role involves:
- You will create, organise and offer Service Users a stimulating programme of activities
- You will work with the Care Assistant to encourage the Service Users to take part in organised activities and one to one support.
- You will organise on a regular basis, outings for the Service Users to appropriate venues. You will also liaise with other homes and arrange activity visits, organising the transport and catering.
- You will identify preferences of resident’s social interaction and offer choices of ‘group’ or ‘one-to-one’ involvement, and work with the Service Users to identify the social likes and dislikes, which could include entertainment and meaningful activities.
- You will maintain individual records of activity participation and be involved in the development of collating a social history/background record of likes and dislikes about the Service Users. These can be updated/amended, used and referred to when devising activities.
